InstaSong is an AI-powered platform that lets you generate original songs, lyrics, and audio from text prompts. Features, models, and usage limits may change over time as we improve the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use InstaSong. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

• Paid plans grant access to additional credits and features as described on our pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to use InstaSong to create, upload, or share content that:

• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
• Is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative.
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation with anyone.
• Attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate. You represent that your prompts do not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the limits of your active plan, you own the songs you generate and may use them for personal or commercial purposes.

You grant InstaSong a limited license to host, store, and process your content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

The Service, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by InstaSong and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or logos.

InstaSong relies on third-party providers for AI models, payments, and infrastructure. Your use of those features may also be subject to the relevant providers' own terms.

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated content will be unique, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaSong will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
